80 to 99 points A -	Your house is in excellent energy shape
70 to 80 points B	Great shape, some minor improvements encouraged
60 to 70 points C	Passes, with obvious room for some energy improvements
50 to 60 points D	Not so good, you have comfort issues and high energy bills
49 and below	Your house needs major help. Seek professional help to reduce your energy costs and resolve your comfort issues
